India’s first female national racing champion.
Building businesses, training champions, and serving society — beyond the checkered flag.
Alisha Abdullah is India’s first female national racing champion. She started indoor karting at age 10, won the MRF National Go-Karting Championship at 13, and went on to dominate both motorcycle and car racing — collecting over 80 awards along the way.
After a serious superbike crash in 2010 she returned stronger, earning international podiums and a historic Femina cover. Today she is equally known as a multi-business entrepreneur, Racing Academy founder, and a powerful voice for women, road safety, and organ donation.
A career defined by firsts, national titles, international results, and barriers broken.
From the racetrack to clinics, cafes, construction and training — Alisha builds with the same precision she races with.
Premium aesthetic and skin clinic offering advanced non-surgical treatments including face lifting, glutathione IV drips, anti-ageing protocols, and customised skin solutions. Running successfully for 8 years, Charissma focuses on natural-looking results with minimal downtime. The clinic also develops and retails its own range of high-quality skin products.
Founded to create structured pathways for aspiring racers — especially girls. Professional coaching, simulator training, and real track experience. Over 85 young women have already been trained, with a vision to make motorsport genuinely inclusive.
A motorsport-inspired café experience that brings the energy of the racetrack into everyday life. A gathering place for enthusiasts, families and the community — where good food meets racing culture.
Design-led construction and interior projects delivering high-quality residential and commercial spaces. Combining aesthetic sensibility with solid execution — the same attention to detail that defines her racing career.
A curated line of skin care products developed from years of clinical experience at Charissma. Formulated for real results — supporting healthy, radiant skin beyond the treatment chair.
Using her platform to open doors, save lives, and create safer, more inclusive pathways.
Scouting and training the next generation of female racers with professional coaching and real track time so talent is never limited by gender or background.
Publicly pledged her organs with the MOHAN Foundation. Actively campaigns that one donor can save up to eight lives.
After surviving a serious superbike crash, she campaigns for better road safety and responsible riding culture among young riders.
Appointed Tamil Nadu State Women President of the National Human Rights Anti-Crime & Anti-Corruption Bureau (2020).
Shares her journey from “girls don’t race” to national champion — inspiring students, corporates and young athletes.
